The workout

The PT8 workout is a 50 minute Small Group Personal Training session by leading Gold Coast Personal Trainers. It's packed full of Kickboxing, Boxing, Boot Camp, HIIT, strength, core, cardio, functional training and so much more to get you in the best shape of your life!


Our groups are small, so you get the personal attention and support you deserve. It also means there's nowhere to hide!

Stay Motivated and Accountable

Heart rate monitored sessions keep you motivated and accountable to your Trainer so you can burn more to achieve more. Use your provided heart rate monitor to track any workout, even outside of PT8 classes!

A workout made for you

There are no cookie cutter programs. Your Gold Coast Personal Trainer will custom make each session to cater to each person in the group. We can work around most injuries and give you exercises you enjoy doing!

Safety first

Sessions adapted to any limitations, without making you the odd one out. If you think you're not fit enough to start, you are. Our classes have participants with all different fitness levels and abilities, there's always a workout that suits you.
