Kickboxing for fitness
Everyone knows how great kickboxing is for fitness, but not everyone is keen on getting kicked in the face in order to burn some calories. With our PT8 Kickboxing sessions you get all the fitness benefits without any of the risks of full contact Kickboxing. Unlike some group Kickboxing classes, you won’t just be punching the air, you’ll be punching and kicking real bags and focus mitts for real results! Each class is run by one of our qualified Personal Trainers and with our small class size, every session is tailored to suit all abilities. Sessions are fast, fun and effective.
More than just Kickboxing
Our Kickboxing Gold Coast sessions aren’t limited to just kicking and punching, we include all types of functional exercise and movements to give you the best balance of cardio and resistance training. We aim for maximum metabolism boost, lean muscle gain and fat burn. Not only will you train in the comfort and privacy of an air conditioned Gold Coast Studio with a Personal Trainer, you get to play with all our fun toys including exercise bikes, balance discs, kettle bells, plyometric boxes, medicine balls, battle ropes, agility ladders, suspension trainers and so much more.

Personal service
With class numbers capped at just 8 people, you know you will get the personal attention and service you deserve but at a fraction of the cost of 1-on-1 Personal Training, with the added convenience of being located in our private, air conditioned studio in Nerang. Your initial consultation will include discussing your fitness goals, establishing medical history, injuries and current fitness level. Your Trainers have the time and small class size to get to know you and any special requirements you might have. The Trainers will chat with you each session about your nutrition and help you with any barriers you might be experiencing. Sessions will be personally tailored to suit the needs of the clients in attendance. It’s just like a 1-on-1 Personal Training session, but with friends.
Amazing Gold Coast Facility
Our private Training Studio is located in Nerang, just off the M1 in the heart of the Gold Coast. We use a fantastic heart rate monitoring system to ensure every client is training in the right zone for their goals and is pushing as hard as they can. We have a huge selection of equipment including a full rack of suspension trainers, boxing bags, cardio equipment, free weights, medicine balls, fit balls, battle ropes, hurdles, agility ladder and more – plus we are fully air conditioned to keep you nice and cool no matter how hard you work.
