Personal training at our kickboxing classes

Our non-contact Gold Coast Kickboxing circuit classes are taken by our Personal Trainers and are all about burning fat – fast! You will burn over 500 calories in just one 50 minute class!
We’ve taken the best Boxing and Muay Thai Kickboxing fitness drills, and added in the latest and greatest fat burning exercises developed by our Personal Trainers. Although there’s plenty of punches, kicks, knees and elbows, it’s not a Martial Art, so there’s no fancy moves, contact, sparring or bruises.

It’s not an Aerobics or Les Mills class, so there’s no complicated moves you can’t remember or punches in the air. It’s just fast, fun fitness! You’ll get to use boxing bags, bikes, fit balls, medicine balls, steps and more with music pumping and one of our Personal Trainers pushing you.

No co-ordination, skill or fitness is needed so you can work at your own pace. Everyone is on a different circuit station, we rarely partner people up, so you don’t need to be worried about holding pads for anyone else or slowing anyone down if it’s your first class. All you need is a desire to burn fat fast!
